Crust Mode (reward app/platform)
Description
Crust’s personality revolves around the experience rather than the product. By rewarding people for putting their phone down we’ll reinforce the brand core values while challenging a well established customer behaviour: the bad manner of using the phone during a social gathering. Once the mode is On, a timer will track the time since the phone has been unlocked last and it will reward you accordingly: the longer you’ll refrain yourself from checking social media or taking pictures, the better rewards you’ll be able to access.
